Yes. We cook for vegan, vegetarian, keto, gluten-free, dairy-free, halal and kosher guests, and tofu is the same price as any other protein. Gluten, nut and shellfish allergies are the ones we see most, so list every allergy with your reservation manager before the party and the chef will cook allergen-aware. For insurance and food safety reasons we can’t cook proteins or food you supply.
Yes, up to 300 guests. With enough notice we add as many chefs as the party needs and the price stays per person. For 50+ guests a buffet option is also available, so contact us for a quote.
About 10 by 10 feet of flat, well-ventilated space. Backyards, patios, driveways, pool decks and garages all work. Indoors works too with ceilings of 10 feet or more and plenty of ventilation, ideally with the grill near a window.
We still cook. The host provides cover for the chef: a covered patio, a garage, a tent 10 feet or higher, or an indoor space that meets the ceiling and ventilation needs above.
The cooking and show run about 90 minutes. Your chef arrives 10 to 15 minutes before your start time and you get an ETA text on the day. Getting his grill ready takes only a few minutes.
The tip isn’t included in the per-person price. Most guests tip 18% to 25%, like at a restaurant, and the gratuity goes directly to your chef.
